Sustainability

Both the Junior Open House and Open Up secondary projects focused on the theme of sustainability this year.

We worked in collaboration with Sponge (Sustainable Development Network) on both of these projects.

Open House also has a number of other projects focused on issues around sustainability

Sports design

For the Junior Open House 2008 programme students were asked to design a 'sustainable sports buildings for a sport of their choice'.

Community and youth centre design

For the Open Up 2007 programme students were asked to design a 'community or youth centre for their school or local area'.
